ADMISSIONS

STEP 1
Complete the admissions application and submit to the school office with all the required supporting documents and fees

Complete the admissions application and return to the school office

Include copies of state/city issued birth certificate, current immunization records or affidavit, most recent report card, previous year's completed report card, and/or any special testing for learning difficulties, read policies and procedures

Submit registration fee with completed application
If applicable, please provide any

Diagnostic Assessments (copies of educational testing - i.e., learning difficulties or attention disorders)

Court Documents (divorce decree, guardianship, custody, etc.)
STEP 2
Family interview with the school Administrator ​

You will be contacted to schedule a family interview once the application is complete.

Elementary aged learners will be required to take a placement assessment.

During the interview, custodial parent(s)/guardian and learner(s) are all requested to attend and are informed of the intent of our school and must agree with the mission, vision, and philosophy of education. Interviews are approximately 35 minutes.
STEP 3
Notification of admission and invitation to enter the Enrollment Process

You will be notified by email within a week of completing the family interview. Placement in a studio is not final until the Enrollment Process is completed, the registration fee is paid, and the assessment has been completed.

Enrollment is open to any child, if the school can meet the child's overall needs and the child is developmentally ready for the studio environment.
